The details

2-year LLORTECH workmanship warranty

Every desktop, laptop, and server we assemble carries a 2-year warranty against workmanship defects — assembly issues, cable damage, thermal problems traceable to our build. File a claim by emailing support with your order number; we'll arrange pickup or diagnostic.

Component manufacturer warranties

Individual parts (CPU, GPU, PSU, storage, memory) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically 1–5 years. We handle the RMA paperwork with the manufacturer on your behalf for any system we built — you won't have to ship parts to different vendors.

30-day return window (unopened)

Sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. Contact support to start a return. For opened products, see the next section.

Opened products & DOA handling

We know DOA happens. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund. For items that develop faults later, the manufacturer warranty applies — we'll guide you through the RMA process at no extra cost.

Custom builds

Custom-spec systems (configured to order) are non-refundable once production has started, unless the failure is on our end. Components within the system remain under manufacturer warranty, and the workmanship warranty still applies.

Return shipping

If a return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA, damage in transit), we cover return shipping. Otherwise the customer is responsible for safe return packaging and shipping costs. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured carrier.
