How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship same day if ordered before 2 PM. Custom builds typically ship within 7–14 business days. Every order gets a real tracking number — we'll email it the moment it's scanned by the carrier.
What's included in your 2-year warranty?
All LLORTECH-built systems carry a full 2-year workmanship warranty. That covers assembly, cable management, thermals, and boot-stability. Individual components are additionally covered by their manufacturer warranties (typically 1–5 years). If something fails, contact support — we handle it end-to-end so you don't have to.
Can I return an opened product?
Sealed/unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items are reviewed case-by-case; we're reasonable and we know DOA happens. Custom-spec builds are non-refundable once production begins unless the failure is on our side.
Can you help me pick the right parts?
Yes — that's half of what we do. Tell us the workload (gaming, video editing, development, office, server) and your budget, and we'll send back a spec sheet that balances performance, longevity, and price. No obligation.
Do you offer installment payments?
At checkout you'll see installment options through the payment providers we support (Shop Pay Installments where available). For larger business orders we also accept POs; contact support to arrange.
Do you service systems you didn't build?
Yes, we offer paid diagnostics and service on any PC, not just LLORTECH builds. Book a drop-off or call ahead — we'll give you an honest assessment before any work starts.
